Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Shipping And Handling
For your security we will only deliver to the registered billing address of the card holder.
After you have placed your order with us you will receive a confirmation email by return with your order number. We only charge for your order at the time of despatch. Deliveries are made between normal working hours Monday to Friday, please contact us if you would like to know which day your order is due for delivery. All orders are despatched on a next working day service, although 98% of deliveries are completed next day our carriers do not guarantee this.
Delivery Schedule
In the event that your order is out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery date, you are free to change or cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch. We will not substitute any items without your authorisation.
If your order is for multiple items we may dispatch your order in part but will only charge for the items being sent.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Returns Policy
Refunds:
Faulty items, items purchased in error or unwanted gifts can be returned for refund or exchange provided they are returned to us in original condition, packaging and accompanied by a valid receipt. Items must be returned within 21 days of the date on the receipt. All goods must include original packaging.
Returns:
Please return the goods together with the receipt and details of reasons for the return. Please state whether you require a refund or exchange. If you are returning items for exchange don't forget to give details of the replacement you require. Carriage costs for delivering an exchanged item will be chargable.
For faulty items, goods damaged in transit or goods sent in error on our part, we will arrange collection, please state whether you require a refund or exchange.
For all exchanges any differences in payment will be refunded or charged to the original card payment. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for non delivery of returned items so we therefore recommend a recorded delivery service.
